Hope Graduate Care Packages Volunteer Form

As a way to bless Hope graduates in their first year away from home or on their next path, we invite you to send a care package to a student. We currently have 4 students that will recieve packages and our goal is that they will get one every month they are away. You will be asked to sent 1-4 packages 1x/ this year.
