1. Everyone hosting (who does or does not need help knowing who to invite) should let us know they are hosting so we can pray over the gathering.
2. People who would like to be invited! This may happen organically but if you want to be sure you're not missed, let us know!
A Simple Way to Practice Hospitality This Summer
This summer, as we journey through our sermon series together, we want to create space for meaningful connection around tables, in living rooms, and through shared meals.
“Meals in Homes” is a simple invitation to practice hospitality — not perfection. Whether you love hosting or feel nervous about opening your door, this initiative is designed to equip and encourage you.
You do not need a perfectly clean house, a beautifully planned menu, or hosting experience. You simply need a willingness to make room for people.
What Is Meals in Homes?
Throughout the summer, individuals, couples, and families are invited to host a meal in their home on a Sunday evening.
Hosts are encouraged to invite:
- One person or family they already know well
- One person or family they would like to know better
The goal is simple:
- Share a meal
- Build relationships
- Practice hospitality
- Create space for meaningful conversation and community
